We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Brandi Gampolaga D. A. Kumara as Executive Chef of Huvafen Fushi, effective from 05 April, 2018.
Brandi, joining us with more than 15 years of experiences in luxury resorts.
In his latest role as a Executive Chef of Jungle beach resort and Coco Boduhithi Resort & Spa,he has been taking responsibilities for planning the F&B Menus, Managing kitchen team and maintaining food related procedures and polices. Prior to this, he worked as a Chef De Cuisine at St. Regis Hotel in Doha. Brandi started his career at Hilton Resorts & Spa as a Commi to Demi Chef De Partie. After that He also worked in Conrad Maldives , Anantara Dubai as Head Chef, Manafaru and W Maldives as a Sous Chef.
In his new role with us Brandi will be in charge of Kitchen operations and will directly report to General Manager. With his experiences, creativity and knowledge in F&B Kitchen, he will lead the team to the new exciting journey of Culture Essence, A Sensory Awakening for Huvafen Fushi.
